My good friend Nicky is running the Birmingham 10K tomorrow in honour of her daughter Lucy - who was killed almost a year ago in a road traffic accident - just aged 20.

Nicky and her son Harry (who completed the Madrid Half marathon last month) have been raising money for charities close to Lucy’s heart.
