✨ My Reiki Journey – The Power of Energy Healing ✨

My first Reiki session was over 20 years ago. After that treatment, I was unexpectedly violently sick — a common response as the body releases built-up toxins and stagnant energy. The next day, I felt incredible — lighter, clearer, and deeply calm.

This time, my experience was completely different. During the session, my body jolted, my hands and fingers tingled, and my head felt as heavy as lead. I felt emotional yet peaceful — and afterwards, more focused and relieved, though I couldn’t quite explain why.

That’s the beauty of Reiki — every session is unique. The body, mind, and energy field respond differently each time, depending on what you’re ready to release or heal.

I’ll be sharing how my next session goes — I’m excited to see what unfolds during my third 💫
