Hi my name is Phoebe I’ve spent six years working as a care assistant, and I joined the profession because I genuinely love supporting and caring for those who need it most. For me, care is about far more than tasks and routines, it’s about kindness, patience, and building meaningful relationships. I find real reward in the small moments, a smile, a laugh, a shared story, or knowing I’ve helped someone feel safe, valued, and respected.
