I work in a professional kitchen and thoughts always cross my mind about the logistics of doing what I do.
1, my job role is primarily to serve food to customers
2, preferably in a fast and efficient way
3, quality of food is key and you can't send out low quality food
4, every spare minute that isn't used making should be spent preparing ingredients and items required to make the food or maintaining cleanliness

Two things on my mind today,
1, passion is leaking back into my life and I don't know why but I like it everything looks brighter.
2, I realise now since changing jobs that the people around you effect your behaviour and now with the current crowd that it is possible to be positive when you are with positive people

I look at the sky and I wonder why, stars twinkle above painting the night.
In this vast universe, mysteries unfold, as I ponder the secrets that the stars hold.
It makes me wonder, should I be so bold,
To chase the stars and the stories they hold
To venture beyond, where the galaxies flow,
And to explore the wonders where the stars glow.

It's the worst when a someone you considered a friend listens to rumor's and instead of defending his friend to the person who spread it decides to question me on the truth of the rumor.
It is my firm opinion that said individual considers the rumor spreader in higher regard than myself and i should be watchful of this person in the future.

Slightly off topic but I've been feeling less down recently enough that I have been actively engaging in something other than nothing 🤣.

Don't you just hate those days when someone gets into your head and it takes ages to get them out.
Today is one of those days.
Any help will always be appreciated I know personally how much comments and events can bring even the happiest person down.
Always remember I'll reply to anyone that needs someone to bounce thoughts off judgement free.

Does it ever bother any of you when management at work make decisions that don't make any sense but it isn't worth questioning because it adds more stress than it's worth?

So recently work has been getting to me too much and affecting my mental health and ability to de-stress after it. I go there and do my best but still fall short now and again. Obviously management isn't happy about it and that makes me worry about the security of my job which is silly because it's only a simple minimum wage job. I think it's just natural for it to happen this way and seniors in the workplace will always be hard to please and quick to judge.
Basically should I be worried?
