Our ASMR triggers vary but can include:
Soothing hair brushing & hair play
Bamboo hair partitioning
Jade comb techniques
Gentle face, neck & NAPE tracing using various ASMR tools
ASMR therapy can be used for deep relaxation, sensory enjoyment and to alleviate symptoms of anxiety & insomnia.
Please note, there can sometimes be waiting lists as we are only open on Saturdays, book in advance to avoid delays in appointments.
