Our ASMR triggers vary but can include:
Soothing hair brushing & hair play
Bamboo hair partitioning
Jade comb techniques
Gentle face, neck & NAPE tracing using various ASMR tools
ASMR therapy can be used for deep relaxation, sensory enjoyment and to alleviate symptoms of anxiety & insomnia.

For those who are new to ASMR, (autonomous sensory meridian response) there has been recent online hype around content creators who use specific relaxation triggers to stimulate the audience and create ‘tingles’, helping viewers with issues such as insomnia, anxiety and so on.
And although the ASMR community is growing and there are many online sources available for people to access, real time ASMR experiences are very limited.
