Our home care in Birmingham team deliver a flexible and person centred service that fits into your existing routine. Call us today to discuss your care options

We are able to offer care from as little as 30 minutes per week up to several calls throughout the day to ensure your safety and comfort whilst you remain in the home you know and love. For more complex needs we also offer respite care or live in care in Birmingham. Our service is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we train all of our carers in manual handling, dementia, first aid and medication support. The Birmingham team cover Edgbaston, Harborne, Quinton, Selly Oak and the surrounding areas.

At Helping Hands, we love celebrating the incredible people who make a real difference every day. Today, we’re proud to share Adyanna’s story - one of passion, purpose, and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.

“Growing up, care was always part of my world. My Nana was a carer for the council, and my mum has worked in care for over a decade. Watching their dedication left a lasting impression on me. I started working in care just before turning 17, alongside my mum while still in college, and I haven’t looked back since.”

Adyanna joined Helping Hands in March 2024 at just 19 years old and has been making an incredible impact ever since.

“What I enjoy most is getting to know each client’s routine and personal preferences. There’s something incredibly meaningful about being able to brighten someone’s day - even more so knowing that we might be the only friendly face they see. That motivates me to always deliver the highest standard of person-centered care. Helping Hands is a fantastic company for people who genuinely care about making a difference and creating positive moments in others’ lives.”
