Hey all - we have NEW GLOWSTICKS for our classes🌟 Clubbercise updated their glowstick design about 12 months ago and I am coming to the end of the stock I had of the old style/design...and once they are gone, they’re gone!

The new design has a sliding on/off switch instead of a button (so less chance they will go off in your car/bag/at home), a logo fabric wrist strap and toggle and the top clip has been replaced with a circle attachment.

You are more than welcome to have a look at the new sticks in class if you wish (and don’t forget we continue to offer battery replacement for £1.00 a pair so your current sticks still have a lot of life in them!)

The price of the new IMPROVED sticks are £6.00 a pair (payable with cash at classes - if you can bring the right change, it would be really appreciated)

Here’s the other half AKA Mr Clubbercise Birmingham with Claire/CLR Happy Fit…and today he celebrates another orbit of the Earth🎈🎂! I won’t disclose his age (but if you play bingo, he is “half way there” 😉)

He is so supportive of my classes, my hair-brained ideas, the themes, the constant requirement of my learning routines in the living room, our house being filled with of neon and glowsticks and of me dashing home late after classes needing help packing and unpacking my car again and then cooking my dinner!
