My midwife-led pregnancy yoga classes are exactly what you need 💕
These sessions are fun, friendly and relaxed, but they are also grounded in nearly 40 years of professional midwifery experience. Everything you will do in my classes is safe, evidence-based and designed specifically for pregnancy 🤰
No headstands.
No pressure.
No judgement, if you need to lie down halfway through, we’ll lie down 😊
You will however find:
🌿 Gentle, pregnancy safe stretches to ease your back and hips
🌿 Effective breathing techniques that genuinely help in labour
🌿 An increase in your confidence through understanding your body
And yes… there is always a dedicated Q&A fondly known as Question Time 🙋♀️
You can ask me anything from birth plans to random symptoms and receive calm, professional advice reassurance. 💕
