“And that’s us finished!!! Well it’s been a long 91 miles but we’ve enjoyed every minute. Thank you to everyone for all your continued support! Now it’s time to get back to the day to day!”

A MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS are in order for our co-founder Tom & his father. They have both walked a total of 91 miles from Wallsend near Newcastle Upon Tyne to Bowness-On-Solway (past Carlisle). They have raised a huge £1,150 for the charity Action For Children. From the team at Pulse Medical Services: We are all so proud of you both! 🎉🎉🎉

“Good evening everyone! I Hope you are all well! As I wrote this post we have completed Days 1, 2, 3 & 4 and are over halfway. It has been tough so far, with a range of weather from constant showers to gale force winds, but we have enjoyed every minute and aim to push on through Day 5 & 6. Thank you to everyone for your constant support throughout, it means the world to us both!”

Remember… always contact your GP or local healthcare provider if you are concerned by any symptoms relating to your health. It’s always better to get concerns checked! 🩺

April is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month.

Bowel cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the UK. Some of the symptoms include blood in your poo, which may look red or black, and changes in your poo, such as having diarrhoea of constipation.

Other health problems can cause similar symptoms – but it’s important to get them checked by a GP if you have any symptoms for 3 weeks or more.
