💫Trauma and it’s physical effects
😬Even if you don’t consciously recall the event, your nervous system can hold onto the stress or fear associated with it.
Trauma often shows up physically in the body as:
🤍 Tight Muscles or Aches – Stiff shoulders, neck pain, jaw clenching, or back aches can be signs your body is holding stress.
