💫With every breath I take, I allow Reiki to flow gently through my hands… and back into my own heart. 🤍✨

I’m usually the one supporting and holding space for others… but today, I’m pouring that same Reiki love back into myself. ✨💛

I close my eyes. I place my hands softly over my heart. And I feel the warm, loving current of Universal Life Force energy moving through me.

It soothes my mind. It relaxes my body. It restores my spirit.

Reiki reminds me that healing is not something we “do” it is something we allow. ❤️‍🩹

Today, I choose to receive as deeply as I give.🥰
