We are hiring for an office administrator position working Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm.
Must have good telephone manner and good IT skills. Must have some experience using Microsoft Office. Full training will be provided. Experience with Sage Line 50 is ideal but not a necessity in terms of creating invoices etc.
Day to day duties will include :
Creating invoices on Sage
Printing our orders for dispatch
Using Outlook to create and respond to emails
Creating pick lists
Answering and making telephone calls to customers and suppliers
Managing stock quantities via stock control
