We’re closed until Monday 30th at 9 and close for NYE at 3pm on the 31st. Happy New Year all.

In the New Year we’re open Mon,Tues, Thu and Friday 8.45-12.45 and 1.45-5. On Wed we’re open 8.45-12.30. We’re closed Sat and Sun.

Hi everyone,

Here I am with my son Joe after finishing the Stratford Marathon. He’s the treasurer of Action Syria (formerly the Hands Up Foundation for Syria) and I’m so proud of him. Thank you for your wonderful support and generosity. Over £2500 will go to help lives damaged by the conflict in that region. My whole family were there to share a special day which made it even more memorable.
And we’ve got some nice new frames in if you’re in the mood!

Hi everyone,

It’s been an incredible two months. I can’t believe how busy we’ve been and it’s such a relief after such a long absence. The welcome back has been quite amazing.
Lots of you have commented on how nice the shop looks now especially the sense of space created by the lovely big windows and higher ceiling. It’s certainly lovely to work there.
The new frames from Prada have been a big hit and I’m so pleased to see you trying new bold designs. The new Ted Baker range is now flying out so I’ll have to keep thinking about finding more exciting ranges to keep you happy!
Our famous Lego window display is a big hit with kids and parents so I’ve got to think of new stuff soon. Watch this space.,

Firstly thanks so much for all your kindness. So many messages and people popping in to say hi! We love to see you and it’s great that we are so busy. (And a relief!)
Lots of lovely new specs with an emphasis on fun and colour. Check out the new Etnia and Ted Baker ranges. Très chic!
Shameless plug. I’m running the Stratford Marathon on April 21st for The Hands Up Foundation who do wonderful work supporting young Syrians in desperate need. Hi everyone,

Just to say a massive thank you for the welcome back we’ve received (especially Sarah for the beautiful cake!).
People popping in, stopping to admire our new Lego Hedwig and Platform 9 3/4 and making appointments. All your welcome backs and we’ve missed you are so touching. It’s lovely to be back I promise you and we’ll try and live up to the posh new surroundings.
We are booking up like I could not have dreamed, so thank you for keeping the faith and please be patient if there’s a wait to see me.

Hi everyone.

We’re back!! Apologies for slight hiatus, but I did my best believe me. Hope you like the new, shiny shop (complete with some lovely new frames!).

We are looking forward to welcoming you all back and invite you to ring for an appointment when you’re ready.

It’s such a relief and I can scarcely believe it’s over, but I’m excited to be working in such a smart, modern practice.

Happy New Year everyone.
I hope you’ve all enjoyed Xmas and are looking forward to a happy and healthy 2024 and in my case, particularly, one involving the new and shiny shop.
I’m praying to open on Monday 15th January, but failing this, it will be Monday 29th for certain. Please feel free to book in and spread the word.
There will be a small campaign to let people know we’re back and your beautiful reminders should also magically reappear.
I’ll post some pictures of my new palatial premises asap and am looking forward to welcoming you back.
