Hey hey hey 👋 how is everyone!
I hope you're all keeping sun safe, hydrated, and by the beautiful waters as much as you can!
I can't believe how fast time is flying. Where does it go?!
I'd like to share with you all that next month, after trying to find the right course for me, I'll be training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage 🙌🏻🙏
So many of you have been asking this treatment of me for some time now, and it's finally happening.
I'm so excited, and I'm so excited to be able to finally share this mode of healing with you by the end of august/start of September. I love learning, so I'm so looking forward to this and looking forward to having you lovely lot book in for this new treatment. I'll keep you all updated xx

My week off is over! And what a truly wonderful week it has been 💚 I spent my time with my beloved cruising along the cut in my tiny narrowboat home in the glorious sunshine and we were surrounded by nature. What a gift 🙏🌿🧚🏼‍♀️🛶🦆🦋🌳🌼🌞
This month is looking super busy and I have very limited availability. As always, I'll do what I can to get you booked in for a treatment 🙏💚

You all by now, know how much I love our British wildlife 💚 I've just signed up to be a volunteer rescue driver for this chairty that rehabilitates and then releases injured or poorly wildlife. After rescuing a poorly baby hedgehog and a mom duck and her 10 ducklings from a drain one had fallen down, in the road, last year. Its the least I could do 💚🦔 if you can help, please do!

VOLUNTEER RESCUE DRIVERS NEEDED! 🚗📦
We are currently looking for more volunteer rescue drivers, PARTICULARLY in the Dudley/West Midlands/Birmingham areas (DY, WV, and B postcode areas), north and west Shropshire! We get calls from all across county and all our neighbouring areas and so struggle to find people to collect animals that the finders are unable to get to us themselves! There is no set commitment, just as and when you would be free and in the area to collect! No previous animal experience required!

Hello lovely people! 🦋✌🏻💚 I'm off for just over a week from the 24th of April to the 3rd of May.
I'm having a home holiday and taking some time to cruise my narrowboat home 🏡🛶

It's looking like a very busy month already and Egg is very glad her mom books in each month, so little Egg can have a quick massage and lay on my couch 😹

I've been so inspired recently by the abundant kindness and generosity of others. I, too, would like to be abundant in kindness and generosity in all areas of my life 💚🧚🏼‍♀️

Although Imbolc has passed and we are fast approaching Ostara 🌱🧚🏼‍♀️ I really wanted to share what I created during Imbolc and under the Aquarius new moon during a craft night with my bestie 💚 I reached deep within and truly asked myself what I wanted for this year. What came through was my love for Mother Earth, my desire to spend more time with her, outside and to care for myself in the ways I do the Earth.
I hope you have had a chance to look at the year ahead, hopeful and see that it's full of promise and the opportunity to take care of yourselves 🦋🙏

Hello lovely people!! 🌿🌸🍂🦋

As the new year approaches, we look within ourselves and see how we can best align with our values, goals, and how we would like the world to be. Being a small independent business can be so so rewarding but also hard at times!
To align with one of my values that supports local independent small businesses, a circular economy, the everyday person and how I would like the world to be, is a society with cash!

So with this, I have decided (trialling) being cash only from the new year.
