Mizan Therapy is a revival of ancient therapy practised all over the world for many moons. It includes massage techniques which are still used today in the far East ( such as Morocco, India and Thailand) a holistic home programme with well documented healing tools, (which have been successfully used for centuries) alongside herbal and dietary changes, to bring back balance to the female reproductive organs. I am Hannah, a Mizan and holistic therapist and mentor. I work with women who suffer from fertility, menstrual, pelvic, gynaecological, and digestive imbalances and conditions.
