Simple Ways to Support the Men and Boys You Know.

Emphasise preventative care: Regular check-ups, screenings, and healthy habits are super important. Gently remind them to book those appointments, even if they feel totally fine!

Be a positive role model: Show the men and boys around you that it's okay to ask for help, show emotion, and put their well-being first.
