Chris brings over 15 years of experience in social care, supporting both adults and children across a wide range of services. He began his journey as a domiciliary care assistant, working directly in people’s homes, where he discovered his passion for making a real difference in people’s lives — young and old.

Over the years, Chris has progressed into senior and management roles, leading large teams and services including residential homes, extra care facilities, reablement services, children’s residential care, and end-of-life support.
