Creating the right environment—free from distractions like phones or TV—allows conversations to be meaningful and focused. And using “I” statements helps us express our feelings without blaming or hurting the other person.

These simple shifts can strengthen bonds, build trust, and create deeper connections. 💫

Set Goals That Matter ✨

It’s easy to feel pulled in every direction, but not every task deserves the same energy.

In My Anxiety Coach, Martin Hogg introduces the idea of prioritising your goals to reduce overwhelm and increase focus.

A method you may use could be:

1️⃣ Write down your goals.
2️⃣ Ask yourself: Which of these truly moves me forward?
3️⃣ Rank them in order of importance.
