They’re perfect for pre- or post-workout fuel, or anytime you need a little snack that’s both satisfying and healthy. They are super easy ⚡

Here’s what you need:�
• 1 cup rolled oats
�• 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
�• 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup�• 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works great)
• A handful of dark chocolate chips (optional)
�• A splash of vanilla extract�

How to make:�
1. Mix everything in a bowl until it sticks together.
�2. Roll into bite-sized balls.
�3. Pop in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
�4. Enjoy!

It’s that easy! Great for that little boost in a workout class. No more excuses for flagging in one of our classes now!

October is National Cholesterol Month, a good reminder to check in with
your heart health 🫀
At LivingWell, we’re all about training smart, not just hard. And that starts with what’s happening on the inside. You don’t have to make massive changes for better Cholesterol levels, even just a few small swaps can make a difference!

Some of our top tips are:�
🏃Add a 20-minute walk to your day�
🥑Add oats or avocado to your breakfast�
🍗Choose lean proteins such as chicken over fried food
�🥦Add more greens to your meals�
🚫Say no to something that stresses you out�
🍣Add one portion of fatty fish, such as salmon, to your weekly meals
🍫Swap that naughty chocolate bar for nuts or seeds as an afternoon snack
🫖Swap your evening glass of wine for herbal tea�
🫁If you’re a smoker, work towards quitting
