📌 If following a lower risk fetal growth surveillance pathway - GAP guidance recommends SFH measurements commence from 26-28 weeks, 2-3 weekly until birth.

If the first SFH measurement plots above the 90th centile, the most important indicator is whether subsequent plots will show normal or accelerated growth. Always refer to your local guidance for support. ✅
