Congratulations to Carl, who won the 8 Week Transformation Challenge this weekend. 🏆🥂

After a fun but difficult 8 weeks for everyone involved he received the most votes and took home the £500 CASH PRIZE 💴

The One to one sessions have been great throughout, but the accountability and support from each participant in the group WhatsApp really set this challenge apart and many of the runners up reached a standard that could have won previous challenges.

Well done to all involved and especially to you Carl who gave 100% effort to all aspects of the programme 👏🏼

A massive shout out to my long term client who’s approaching her 4th year of PT.

Halima is a true example of consistency.

We’ve never programmed a strict diet or trained 6 times a week in the hunt for quick success.

She’s never missed out on important social events or felt guilty after holidays or missed weeks.

We made tiny changes over many months and years and stuck to them permanently.

We have rules in place to follow that are individual to her goals.

The results have been fantastic but the biggest success as a coach is that she now finds training enjoyable.

It becomes so much easier to maintain when you enjoy the process 🙌🏼

Huge Progress made by my long term client Rav 🤩💪🏼

He’s been with me almost two years but has doubled his efforts since the start of this year.

These things take time and we’ve finally got the balance between gym, nutrition and social life all on point.

The phrase we use for the plan we put in place…..

“Point 👉🏼 and shoot 🔫”

Which basically meant I tell him what to do and he’ll do it 🤣🤣

Well done on the current results but we both want to go that little bit extra so it’s back to work as Normal 💪🏼

CONGRATULATIONS TO MARTIN ON WINNING BRADLEYS BODY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE 💪🏼

He achieved these results in closer to 7 weeks as was away for week one which makes this all the more impressive. 👏🏼

He had a busy work schedule and we had to work around a few injuries but he got the job done 🏆

Martin was voted best transformation by the rest of the participants who also need a shout out for making it the most competitive challenge to date. 🔥

Well done!!
