July 2025: “I really want to lose weight, but there’s no point in starting now - I’m going on holiday in 2 weeks”
August 2025: “I still want to lose weight, but I’ll just wait until the schools go back”
September 2025: “ Maybe it’s time to join, but I’ve got two nights out this month so I’ll wait until next month”
October 2025: “Right this month I’m going to start… but Halloween is coming up so I know there will be loads of sweets. I’ll get that out the way first. “
November 2025: “I’ve got 3 family birthdays, I really really want to lose weight but so many meals out & who want to eat salad in winter" 🥶
December 2025: “There’s absolutely no point me joining in December I’ve got far too many Christmas parties.”
January 2026: “Slimming World will be heaving just now with it being a brand new year & I've still got all those Christmas choccies to eat. I’ll just wait until next month.”
February 2026: “I wished I’d joined 6 months ago. If I'd lost 1lb per week I would have been over 2 stones lighter by now. “

Will you lose weight every single week? I certainly didn’t! I’m not perfect… I enjoyed social occasions & learnt alot about myself along the way. But I always kept going. It’s not always easy…. But it’s so worth it!
