✨ ACTIVE HEARTS AND LOVELY SMILES AT AMICURA 🥳

We have kicked off the first weeks of 2026 with plenty of movement, music, and furry friends across our homes!

⚽ Staying Active: Our residents at Andrew Cohen House enjoyed a gentle morning of armchair exercises with hoops and music, while over at Liberton Brae, there was plenty of laughter during a high-energy game of armchair hockey and catch!

🎶 Music & Smiles: The singing hasn't stopped! Haslingden Hall enjoyed their "Sing and Smile" class and Carnbroe Care Centre had a brilliant afternoon singing and dancing along to all the favourites with John Davidson.

💅 Time to Relax: It wasn’t all go-go-go; Carnbroe residents also enjoyed a "chilled" morning of manicures and hand massages, followed by some beautiful flower arranging thanks to a lovely donation from the Co-op.

🐕 Special Guests: We had a very important visit from Lily and Ella the dogs! They came looking for cuddles and treats, and they certainly weren't disappointed.🐾

Here at ACH, our residents enjoyed the morning armchair gentle exercise with music 🎧 They engaged with plastic hoops and soft ball in different exercises and appeared happy and content 🥰💕
