It’s Sunday, and our community is out there redefining what’s possible from the peaks of Scotland to the roads of Türkiye. Whether you’re crunching data or crushing miles, we’re stoked to be in your pack.
This Week’s Legends:
is deep into an epic journey, crossing 11 countries and hitting a massive 2,727 miles total-Türkiye is looking tough, but you’re tougher!
was back in the Pentlands for some misty training miles while dropped some serious science on energy expenditure during his Hardangervidda crossing, proving that fueling for 6,500kcal days is the ultimate game-changer.
stayed ahead of the storm on the Cape Wrath Trail, using a Blueberry & Almond bar to power through a 22km push in the Highlands.
A massive thank you to everyone else who tagged us and shared their adventures this week-we see you, and we love the hustle!

Ten days in and the real work has begun. From the humid flats of the Terai to the vertical grind of the rural hills, Sophie is finding out what happens when the road runs out and the climbing starts.
Whether it’s tea brewed on an open fire or an emergency bar in the race vest, this is the raw, unpolished reality of endurance. We’re backing you from the UK, Sophie. Dig deep when the air gets thin, the hills don’t care about your plans, but they’ll remember your grit.

We spoke to thousands of runners.

You wouldn’t put that stuff in your body any other day of the week. Yes, they have their place, but shouldn’t be used exclusively.

Dropping into 45° lines on the Combeynot. Intense, technical skiing where every bit of focus (and fuel) counts.
Powered through the wind up the Pentlands. Looking sharp and staying fueled on the move!
Logged 11 miles to Tusmore Park to catch the bluebells in full glory.

Get ready to meet the man who redefines what it means to push limits.
The lens, the legend, the mullet -meet Aaron member of our realmeal ambassador crew.
Aaron is also our legendary photographer and the man proving that no peak is out of reach.
Whether he’s training for a 100km coastal ultra or preping for the Alpine Triple (Mont Blanc, The Matterhorn, and the Eiger), Aaron doesn’t let anything slow his ascent. Navigating Fibromyalgia and strict Coeliac, dairy, and egg-free requirements means his fuel has to be as resilient as he is- and we’re stoked to keep him powered up for every epic mile.
We love his grit, his eye for the perfect shot, and that power-granting mullet.

What kind of person looks at a map, sees the longest possible line, and thinks yes, that’s the way? That’s
She’s the rider who pushed through John O’Groats → Land’s End → John O’Groats in 5 days, 11 hours, setting the fastest time ever recorded. Now she’s pointing her front wheel from Tarifa to Nordkapp in a world record attempt. But the real reason she’s part of the Realmeal crew isn’t the scale of her rides. It’s the scale of her heart. Her generosity. Her drive to bring people with her, not leave them behind.
is her next mission- a journey built on resilience, compassion, and endurance in its rawest form. We’re so proud to fuel Sarah and her team as they push north into the unknown.

A proud moment for our whole Realmeal community today.
Will’s story was featured in not because he chases perfection, but because he represents what real‑world fitness and real‑world fuel actually look like.
What you read in this article is the same energy he brings to our team and to all of you: keep it simple, stay consistent, fuel well, and never let the pursuit of “perfect” get in the way of living your life. That’s the heart of Real Meal.

This feature isn’t just about Will - it’s about everyone who’s been part of building this with us. Every early supporter, every bar eaten on a night shift, every parent training around family life, every person choosing sustainability over extremes. This community is the reason Realmeal exists.
