Meet the team 🤩
Hey everyone! I’m Uzair, a friendly personal trainer at Bannatyne Brindley Place.
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 16 years. I first started out as a tennis coach (a field I’ve recently rejoined) in my teens, alongside studying sports science at college and university. Sport has always been a huge part of my life, as my family also run a cricket coaching academy, which I still support today as a strength & conditioning coach.
My background includes martial arts such as Boxing and Karate, which allows me to uniquely specialise in pad holding. This is an extremely engaging, enjoyable, disciplined, and effective form of exercise that can benefit people of all experience levels. 🥊
I specialise in 1:1 body recomposition, injury prevention and rehabilitation, improving mobility and flexibility, and providing nutritional guidance. I’ve coached hundreds of clients of all ages and abilities with full professionalism, helping them achieve clear goals while building strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. 🏋️♀️
No two sessions with me are ever the same. I understand that the gym can become repetitive and stale over time, which can make it feel like a chore rather than a maintainable lifestyle. That’s why I use a wide range of techniques, variations, and methods to keep you motivated with high energy — ensuring you’re always mentally and physically engaged and never bored! 😎
