In our modern, fast-paced lives, it’s easy to overlook the simple yet profound factors that influence our well-being. Two often underestimated contributors to a balanced circadian rhythm and improved sleep are exposure to morning light and the practice of earthing.

Morning light exposure plays a crucial role in regulating our internal body clock. Natural light, especially in the early hours, helps synchronize our circadian rhythm, signaling to the body that it’s time to wake up and be alert. This exposure to daylight influences the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone, promoting a more restful sleep when evening arrives.

Additionally, earthing, or grounding, involves making direct physical contact with the Earth’s surface. Whether it’s walking barefoot on grass or soil, this practice has been associated with various health benefits, including improved sleep. The Earth’s surface is abundant in free electrons, and when we connect with it, our bodies can absorb these electrons, potentially reducing inflammation and promoting a more balanced physiological state.

By incorporating morning light exposure and earthing into our daily routines, we can positively impact our circadian rhythm. Simple habits like taking a morning walk, spending time outdoors, and connecting with nature can make a significant difference in our sleep quality and overall well-being.

So, the next time you find yourself caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life, remember the importance of embracing the morning light and grounding yourself in the Earth’s energy. Your circadian rhythm and sleep will thank you for it. 😴

All of the thousands of molecules in your body are built from only 8-9 essential amino acids that we get from our diet.

When you eat food, protein is digested, and it’s broken down into these amino acids or what I call building blocks.

Our DNA strings these together to make proteins from these amino acids. When we don’t get enough dietary protein, our DNA doesn’t have enough amino acids to sufficiently carry out this process.

Did you know that mangosteen, a tropical fruit commonly found in Southeast Asia, has been scientifically proven to have numerous health benefits? 🌴

According to a study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology, mangosteen contains powerful antioxidants called xanthones that can help reduce inflammation and fight off harmful free radicals in the body. These xanthones have also been shown to have anti-cancer properties and may even help improve brain function. 🧠💪

Additionally, mangosteen has been found to have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects, making it a great natural remedy for treating skin conditions like acne and eczema. 🌟

So next time you're looking for a tasty and healthy snack, consider trying some fresh mangosteen! Your body will thank you. 😊🙌 "

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I last posted, and that's because I took some much-needed time off from social media to allow my mind to rejuvenate and recharge. Let me tell you, it was the best decision ! I was able to recharge, reflect and come back’s with a healthier perspective on how I use social media. Taking a break has allowed me to reduce my daily time on social media and engage in a more positive and meaningful way. I encourage everyone to take a break from time to time, and prioritize their own mental health. Trust me, it's worth it!"

„Burnout aka the result of repeated violations to a persons limits” so true 👏 Emily Rosen
Setting boundaries can be tricky, they can sometimes upset other people- but they are like a fence to protect the garden that is your life and your energy.
