🌞 Maximise Light: Get outside in daylight (even if cloudy!) and use a light box if recommended by your GP.

🏃 Stay Active: Regular outdoor exercise boosts mood and energy.

🗣️ Seek Support: Talk to your GP about treatment options (like CBT or light therapy) or contact a helpline like Samaritans (116 123).

We were proud to be the start 🏁 and finish line 🏁 sponsor for Birmingham Mind at their annual Mental Elf Festive Fun Run in Cannon Hill Park on Sunday. Almost 400 elves took part and 50+ staff and volunteers helped to make this a wonderful event raising much needed funds for the charity. Our Marketing Manager Sarah took part with some family and friends 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
