Today is World Mental Health Day ⭐🧠

At Webb's, we understand that it can be difficult to facilitate conversations around mental health despite it being so important. Our one day MHFA Mental Health training course is an excellent way to raise awareness, build an understanding of how to look after wellbeing, and challenge the stigma surrounding mental health. This course is designed to help employees better understand mental health, encourage open conversations, and provide guidance on what to do if they or someone they know is struggling.

Anyone can be affected by a mental health condition, so educating yourself is a great way to be learn how to support those around you 🤝

Although it is World Mental Health day today, it is important to keep these conversations going all year round! Earlier this year, some of the team at Webb's visited our other Reconomy businesses to deliver this course and it was amazing to see our colleagues embrace the content and what it taught.

Behind the Scenes of our PASMA Towers for Users course 📷

Recently, we had a new cohort in for our PASMA accredited course on assembling towers safely at our Birmingham Training Centre. This one day course is split into the morning and afternoon - The morning session is in the classroom, with the afternoon session involving the practical building and dismantling of scaffold towers.

Great job to everyone that received their certificate! 👏
