Construction and H&S training provider based in Birmingham and Milton Keynes. We offer a wide range of training courses at both our centres and on site.

We opened our first training facility in late 2007, at first we concentrated on IPAF powered access training and PASMA alloy tower training. Due to customer requests we quickly expanded the range of courses offered to include SMSTS & SSSTS Construction Skills, First Aid, Confined Space, Abrasive Wheel, IOSH and many others. We continue to increase the range of courses and currently offer about fif

ty different types. Our courses are a good mix of theory in the classroom and hands-on practical training at our training centres in Birmingham and Milton Keynes. We also have satellite centres in Redditch and Sandwell near BirminghamWe are flexible enough to fit in with your requirements. We can train at your own premises, or at our training centres in Birmingham and Milton Keynes. We can train on your equipment, or supply the equipment needed for the training. We can usually arrange courses at short notice if required. Following the recent opening of our new Birmingham training centre, our portfolio of courses is being increased all the time, and we welcome enquiries for courses not currently available

This City & Guilds accredited course follows the national occupational standard required for works associated within a medium risk confined space environment. This qualification covers both water and non-water and includes working in sewer treatment processes, tunnelling, drainage and sewer systems.

Course content includes, but is not limited to:
☑️ Carrying out required safety check
☑️ Following the necessary procedures when entering and exiting confined spaces
☑️ Understanding the associated principles and regulations, including the potential for lone working

This Ladder Association accredited course is an excellent opportunity to qualify delegates and allow them to act as a competent person in respect of ladder and stepladder inspections, and approve ladders and stepladders for use.

We recently had the pleasure of supporting the Krizevac Project with First Aid Training courses. The Krizevac Project work to provide high quality education, set up enterprises and support vulnerable people within the local community in Blantyre.

The Krizevac Project commented saying: ''We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Webb's Training Services for generously facilitating a First Aid at Work course for Mat and Sarah from our charity. This training was provided completely free of charge, and we are extremely grateful for the opportunity. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!''

This 2-day accredited virtual course is designed to assist those on site who have the responsibility for managing all forms of temporary works. The course content will cover the needs and duties of those in the role, BS5975 in this role, the need for risk management and the importance of communication, coordination, cooperation and competency.

We are pleased to announce we now offer NRSWA Streetworks Reassessments from our Birmingham Training Centre for Operatives and Supervisors! 🤩🎉

The Requalification course consists of a mixture of refresher streetworks training and assessments for each unit held on the candidate’s original New Roads and Street Works card.

PASMA moves to digital certification! 👏

As of the 31st March 2025, all PASMA certifications issued will be digital by default. This change ensures faster, more efficient certification management while also supporting PASMA's net-zero goals. You can access your PASMA card via their PASMA Towersure App!

This week, in support of , we've been busy delivering training sessions both in person and virtually! 💚
We are delighted with how the training sessions went, especially with the questions and conversations that have sparked from these sessions ⭐

Towards the end of the week, we hosted three virtual sessions for our parent company, Reconomy, and their associated brands. It was fantastic to see so many people attend and actively engage with the importance of breaking the stigma around mental health and fostering community support.

We wrapped up the week with another virtual session, this time with The National House Project (NHP). Reconomy partners closely with NHP through its Social Value Programme to support young people transitioning out of care.

This week is , and we’re proud to support our parent company, Reconomy, by delivering training and sharing insights across the group 💚💙

Yesterday, we visited Casepak in Leicester to host workshops focused on mental health awareness. These sessions were designed to help employees better understand mental health, encourage open conversations, and offer guidance on what to do if you—or a colleague—are struggling.

We’ll be continuing this important work across other Reconomy brands throughout the week, raising awareness and helping break the stigma around mental health.
