• Your mind is suggestive, what it see’s it believes - this may be real, imagined, on tv even in your dreams - but it believes it is real.
•If you show your mind how to do something it will store the memory to be able to use it if you are in the same situation again (subconscious mind)

—> throw this all together and your Positive 💭 Strong 💪 Achieving 🙌 Mindset actually tells your mind you can, and your mind shows your body how.. ..
This positive visualisation technique is often used by athletes and sports people, they repeatedly see themselves winning and guess what! When it comes to the whistle their body remembers what to do!

Something I love to talk about when working with couples preparing to meet their baby is how to handle their 💭💪 It’s amazing how different the world around us is when we simply see it with a different pair of eyes.
So what can you do to help make your BirthMindset stronger?
• Breathe... it will reduce adrenaline to help you make clear decisions
• Reframe... a positive can be found in any situation, it may be tiny but tiny seeds grow
• Take your Time... Even during the throws of labour you have time to think; what happens if you wait? what happens if you do nothing?

Sometimes events can make us feel like a victim - is that how you want to feel?
