It's ok to have to start over again no matter how many times you fall...
just make sure each time you do you aim to progress with dedication as you owe to yourself to be the best version possible. Below 4 pictures of my journey over the past 3 years.

You can be armed with all the tools in the world but if you don't believe in yourself you're already setting yourself up to fail. We're all human it's never too late to start again...
