Recovery That ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. Literally.
Garry came in with pain in his left upper hamstring. Finding it painful completing daily hobbies such as walking his dog or running. After completing tests and listening to his feedback, I located the key trigger of pain in the Glute Maximus. I worked on reducing tension in multiple surrounding areas from the Calves into the Hamstrings and finally the Glute itself. I also worked on his back to help improve posture and take strain off the lower back and into the Glute.๐ฆต
His 1 Hour treatment included a consultation, objective assessments, hands on massage, assisted stretching, graston therapy as well as trigger point. ๐ฏ
After just a short session, Garry was left feeling relieved and a lot less tense. The process to optimal performance can be achieved over multiple sessions however the positive effects can start to appear after just one session. ๐โโ๏ธ
