We are holding an event on housing, advice and information with support particularly for issues like damp and mould, draughts and to help improve efficiency in the property. All for free.

In our Little Explorers Stay and Play sessions at St. Paul’s Children's Centre, we delivered healthy eating. Children and Parents got involved in the activities. Lots of discussions took place around healthy eating, portion sizes and the foods children should avoid.
Activities help children recognise the foods that are healthy and unhealthy. Parents to encourage children to eat healthier foods and reinforce key messages around healthy eating, portion sizes and the importance of having meal times together.

Children took part in the activity by cutting the foods they like to eat and sticking them on their healthy plate.

Children enjoyed threading the fruits activity and were supported in recognising the names, textures and colours of the fruits.
