We are experiencing crazy weather. Bins being turned over, buses rocking from side to side and tress falling down.

Why am I commenting on this? External weather can often be acquainted with internal weather of our minds?

In which case we can ask ourselves how stormy is my mind?
How protective or fear full is my mind in these high winds?

How turbulent do I feel emotionally?

Then prescribe yourself something to clam your internal state.
