What are you like at setting boundaries? Do you work with clients who need support and structure to set more helpful boundaries in their lives?

Dawn Johnson and I are running a two hour workshop on boundary setting 'Living BIG: Using ACT to Define Healthy Boundaries' on Friday June 8th. The session will be live and recorded (available until December 31st). This session will combine the work of Brené Brown with ACT principles to provide a structure for how we can set boundaries that better serve the life we want to live.

Our £30 CPD and textbook event is only two weeeks away! "Everything you wanted to know about ACT but were afraid to ask" is on 17/05/2024. A whole day of CPD where you dictate the content AND get a physical copy of 'ACT: Responses to Frequently Asked Questions' mailed to your door. All for £30(+VAT)! Attend live with Dawn Johnson and myself, or watch the recording later.

Attendees have been sending ACT questions that they want the day to cover. So far the content will be:

- How to approach formulation in ACT
- Supercharging ACT using Reltional Frame Theory
- Integrating ACT with other therapies

This is a value-driven initiative aimed at providing ACT training and resources at low cost, so please feel free to share with any colleagues early in their career or those with limited financial resources.

A one-day online CPD event for ACT practitioners based on the recently released book, 'Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: Responses to Frequently Asked Questions', where the authors, Dawn Johnson and Richard Bennett, will answer questions about ACT chosen by the audience.
