Carewatch North Birmingham has been a local provider of home care services in North Birmingham since 1998. We are committed to enabling our customers to remain within the comfort of their own homes and communities and offer varied, flexible, and personalised care services to suit each individual we support.
Our services offer support to the elderly, vulnerable, and adults who are living with a health condition requiring support. Our aim is that they may lead a good quality of life, maintaining their dignity and independence. We pride ourselves on the quality of care we deliver in a person-centred way and our customers’ wishes take precedence in everything we do.
At the base of all our work is a genuine caring nature and our Director set up this Carewatch franchise after working as a practice nurse.
“It was during my time as a nurse that I met patients that obviously had a need within the community. They were sometimes looking for help on a short or long term basis, to enable them to remain in their own homes and not have to resort to residential care. Noticing this made me decide to purchase a Carewatch franchise as despite having no business experience, I knew I had all the caring knowledge to make it work.” Carewatch North Birmingham Director
Many of our customers have been able to remain within the comfort of their own home as an alternative to residential care. We are often called upon to help the elderly when relatives live too far away, or commitments mean that they are unable to provide the support themselves.
Our Birmingham home care office registered with the Care Quality Commission and are an approved home support provider of Birmingham City Council.
Our Birmingham home care team can help with a variety of needs, they are fully trained and receive regular support with their professional development.
