Heart to Heart Therapy I’m Kareen Chung and I offer therapy that tailors to your unique individual therapeutic needs. I help them find new ways to deal with, and alleviate, distress.

I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and adhere to BACP's ethical guidelines for best practise. provide support and work with clients who are suffering from symptoms including depression, phobias, anxiety, physical or psychosomatic disorders and behavioural problems etc. I address the client's thought processes, feelings and behaviour and help them understand inner conflicts. I perform controlled sessions, using verbal interaction to explore behaviour, attitudes and emotions. I work from an integrative model which includes Humanistic approaches (Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis, Person Centred therapy), Cognitive behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Approach.I provide counselling face to face, telephone and Skype, please contact me for further details regarding process and fees of therapy.
