Right… the kids are off school 🎒
The cupboards are fuller 🍪
We’re home more 🏠
And this is usually where old habits try to creep back in 👀

But not this time 💪🔥

Here’s your SIMPLE holiday game plan:

✨ STEP 1 – Set ONE clear goal
Not “be perfect”.

Just one:
✔ Maintain
✔ Lose 1–2lb
✔ Stay fully on plan
Clear goal = clear focus.

✨ STEP 2 – Plan your meals the night before
When you wake up knowing what you’re eating, you’re already in control.
If it’s not planned… it’s usually eaten 😅

✨ STEP 3 – Prep your kitchen
Wash fruit 🍓
Chop Speed foods 🥒
Have Free foods ready to grab.
Make the right choice the easy choice.

✨ STEP 4 – Don’t eat just because the kids are
Finishing leftovers?
Picking at crisps?
Sharing a biscuit?
It all counts 👀
Ask yourself:
“Am I hungry… or just joining in?”

✨ STEP 5 – Structure beats boredom
Have rough times for:
