🚗 Parking Reminder for Patients
We are receiving complaints about parking charge notices from patients who have not entered their vehicle registration into the on-site tablets.
To ensure clarity:
There are over 20 signs across the car park and inside the buildings explaining the parking process.
Patients were first notified via on site signage and our page on 17 November 2025.
The system was installed on 19 December 2025.
At our request, the go-live date was delayed to allow additional awareness.
Since 19 January 2026, parking management has been handled by an external company so our staff can focus on providing an NHS service.
❗ Important:
Please enter your vehicle registration into the tablet when you arrive and use the marked bays. Failure to do so may result in a parking charge notice.
Our reception and clinical staff cannot assist with parking charge notices or appeals. If you receive a notice, please contact the parking management company directly using the details provided on the notice. For reference, confirmation of an appointment does not constitute evidence of compliance with the parking terms, including the requirement to enter vehicle registration details as stated on the signage.
