OCT Scanning
Did you know that you can have an optional OCT Scan (Optical Coherence Tomography) as part of your routine eye examination here at Eyecare Matters?
This very safe & non-invasive scan is an advanced check on your eye health which enables an optometrist to look in much more detail beneath the eye’s surface, allowing early detection and monitoring of any potentially serious conditions.
Please read our information sheet for more details and just ask to include this optional but very beneficial scan when you book your next routine check-up with us.

Christmas & New Year Holidays
The big day is almost here, so just to remind all our patients and customers that Eyecare Matters will be closed on Christmas Eve Wed 24th December, and throughout the Christmas and New Year Holidays. We will be back open as normal at 9am on Friday 2nd January.

RE-OPENING UPDATE!
After several unexpected delays beyond our control, the move to our new shop has taken a little longer than we planned.
However, we are very pleased to announce Eyecare Matters is back OPEN as normal from today, MONDAY 8th SEPTEMBER in our BRAND NEW PREMISES right in the centre of Birstall!
Find us at, 2 Low Lane, Birstall WF17 9EY (next door to Watson’s Estate Agents and The Salvation Army Charity Shop)

Please note, we always welcome new PRIVATE and NHS patients.

We Have Exciting News To Announce!
Just in case you haven’t already heard, Eyecare Matters will be temporarily CLOSED all this week to allow us to RE-LOCATE to our BRAND-NEW PREMISES!
But don’t panic, we aren’t going far, just across the road in fact to
2 Low Lane, Birstall.
We hope to be all ready to welcome patients old and new when we re-open in our fabulous new shop on Monday 1st September.
In the meantime, keep an eye on our page throughout the week for more news on our exciting big move.
