Offering supported work placements.Weekly employment support group run in a friendly, relaxed environment.Work place visitsSports and Wellbeing groupSocial networking with group membersMembers welcome throughout Gateshead. We offer a range of volunteer activities including:-

In-class support
Support with external visits
Support with our Wellbeing sessions
Fundraising
Event organisation
Admin

You will receive in-house training by a qualified tutor and if you wish can obtain accreditated qualifications connected with our organisation. For further information please contact us via:-

or pop along to our office in Birtley. We offer a variety of Social Activities as a thank you to our volunteers for giving us their time and skills.

We are proud to run 2 Warm Welcome Spaces in Gateshead, for the past 8 years.

We have developed strong partnerships across Gateshead with local residents and other partners as a direct result of our spaces.

We are also proud to be a national Warm Welcome Champion, sharing our knowledge to other warm spaces across the UK.

This week is Warm Welcome Week and we are delighted to be part of this movement.

It was a pleasure to give an overview of the charity to Gateshead work coaches last Wednesday, with approximately 45 work coaches in attendance.

We support our young people to understand the requirements of their benefits and the transition into paid employment.

We also support via a weekly employment support and 1-1 session and and also individual weekly work placements across Gateshead.
