‘The weight loss has been incredible, but the impact on my mental health is what keeps me coming to group’ 💖.

Losing 5st 7lbs (34.9 kg) with meant that Abbie got to walk down the aisle wearing the dress of her dreams 👰‍♀️, bursting with confidence and joy ✨.

Now she’s looking forward to a lifetime of happiness, feeling in control of her weight, and her weekly check-ins with her Slimming World besties 🤗.

Nicola felt unprepared for how the menopause affected her – she was constantly exhausted and felt invisible to the world. Then she joined Slimming World ❤️.

With the support of her group and Consultant, Nicola took control of her health and lost an incredible 7st (44.5kg) ✨. Thanks to that, and the healthy habits she’s picked up, she feels strong, empowered and proud of all she’s achieved 🙌.
