We are so pleased to have Daniela partnering with us.... she is a lady who does what she does because she has found her vocation...helping others and creating harmony.....

I am absolutely thrilled to announce that I am partnering with the beautiful Belle's Place Holistics right here in Bishop's Stortford to bring you regular, fully immersive Somatic Breathwork sessions!
If you’ve been feeling tired but cannot sleep, physically exhausted, or like your nervous system has been stuck on "high alert," this space is being created just for you.
This isn't about hyperventilation or intense, rigid tracking. This is a gentle, deeply therapeutic approach to conscious breathing designed to:
✨ Shift your body out of stress/fight-or-flight mode
✨ Support your digestive wellness and diaphragmatic health
✨ Release deeply held physical and emotional tension
✨ Create a beautiful, grounded sense of inner peace
We are keeping these sessions intimate so everyone gets the support they need, which means spaces are strictly limited.

Just what it says on the poster.....we are introducing Doggy Reiki to Belle's Place.

I know, we are excited too.........

Our special Doggy Entrance is almost ready, the Doggy Gazebo will arrive in the next few days, and the yard is now a safe space for our four-legged friends.

Gem will be starting us off on 4th June........ Sessions are 1 hour and £30, so book early....
