This handsome boy was in for his maintenance session. Jackie has had major surgery on 3 legs! He does amazing despite this with help from his mum, who carefully manages his exercise, weight, supplements as well as bringing him for sessions with myself and hydro!! However being a spaniel he has no self preservation so this is not a job for the faint hearted 🥴

It was lovely to have this gorgeous girl back in for a maintenance session. It’s been a while due to her not being able to comfortably travel. So new vehicle purchased (it’s purple so it’s perfect for her😉) she is now enjoying travelling again. Gorgeous Grace 💜

This gorgeous lady is Pi. She’s been having front leg lameness for a little while. She does have a couple of health issues that may be exacerbating the problem but she was a delight to work with and it will be interesting to see how she responds 🤔

Let’s talk about Boswellia.
If you're not using one that states the Boswellic acid content, then it's probably not going to do it's job.

Here's why👇

The active part of Boswellia Serrata is Boswellic acids.

That’s the part that actually does the work.

Standard Boswellia typically contains around 1–2% Boswellic acids. And yet many brands simply list “Boswellia” on the label without telling you the concentration.

If the Boswellic acid percentage isn’t stated, it’s almost always standard grade.

We use a 65% Boswellic acid concentration.

Why? Because that’s where you start to see meaningful results. That’s where it stops being a token ingredient and becomes something that genuinely supports long term joint comfort.

Concentration matters.

When Boswellia is used properly, at high Boswellic acid levels and combined with a high strength joint supplement, it can provide fantastic support for joint health.

If using Boswellia, always know what the Boswellic Acid content is in your product. Because if you don't....it may just be the difference between it working or not.

This is so true and important to remember, our own energy impacts our pets as well as the humans in our life 🧘🏻‍♀️

This is so true and important to remember, our own energy impacts our pets as well as the humans in our life 🧘🏻‍♀️

We can argue about viruses, germs and bacteria forever…
But can we agree on one thing?

Energy is contagious.

You feel it the moment you walk into a room.
You feel it around certain people.
You feel it in yourself, especially under stress.

So if energy is contagious, this matters:

When you learn to regulate and protect your own energy,
you don’t just change your world —
you change how everything and everyone around you responds.

That’s real power.

It means you stop waiting for others to lift you up.
You stop feeding chaos, fear and reactivity.
You become the steady presence others feel safe around.

That’s what “change yourself, change the world” actually means.

In a time where so much is outside our control,
working with what is within our control isn’t optional anymore, it’s essential.

For me, one of the most practical tools has been surrounding myself with a high-consciousness field
at home
out in the world
and during stressful situations

Not forcing positivity.
Not bypassing reality.
Just strengthening my energetic baseline so I can show up better — for myself and for others.

If you’re curious, comment FLFE and I’ll send you some information and a free way to experience it for yourself.

And I’d love to know —
where do you feel your energy has the biggest impact right now?

I am always looking for new ways to enrich my dog’s lives (double whammy this typically enriches mine too ). Much of this comes from taking part in CPD (Continuous Personal Development) Which is also necessary as a small business owner and therapist. As part of my job I love to share this information to anyone willing to listen.

I am currently enrolled on an 8 week course with the wonderful Dr Zoolittle, Penny Wood. Penny is a world class Longevity Zoologist, passionate in functional and regenerative medicine for animal anti-aging and preventative health care. She is also an Applied Cognitive Ethologist specialising in animal mental health and the human animal bond.

Last week we looked at nutrition. This time the focus wasn’t so much on the what they eat but the how and when. I have been aware of scatter feeding for some time but as a raw feeder plus a multi dog household I felt it would be difficult and inconvenient. However I decided to give it a go. Bodhi thought it was his birthday already when he found a chicken carcass hidden in the long grass!! They really enjoyed it!!

As the weather improves I will be playing with and inventing new ways to improve and build this treasure hunt game and challenge their natural instincts, and perhaps the use of egg boxes to hide their mince isn’t the best idea! Im sure they will be up for the challenge!

My guys love my mini shop as they get to try out some of the goods! This also means I can give feedback on how well they went down. So you will all have bought those so called long lasting treats 🤔 3 seconds later 🕒 GONE! Well I can report these braids lasted at least 30 minutes! Currently £3.50 a pack!

Nice bit of teeth cleaning whilst keeping the pack content for half an hour :)

Introduction

I am a qualified Clinical Canine Massage Therapist and WEBB Practitioner (Whole Energy Body Balance). Combining these various soft tissue techniques, which are suitable for all ages and breed of dog, it is an effective therapy for muscular and skeletal conditions such as muscles strains (tears) following over exertion or trauma for example, and is suitable for competitive/working dogs and dogs suffering from orthopaedic conditions including spinal or neurological issues. The therapy is also important for spotting early changes in your dog’s musculoskeletal condition, and helping to maintain peak condition. An absolute must for aging dogs, to slow down the effects of arthritis and giving back quality of life and active dogs to maintain healthy mobility.
