Costa for breakfast, then a day at Redworth Hall, whirlpool bath, sauna steam room, lunch then an 85 minute treatment. Im now back at home in my pj's chilling!!!!!

I realised the other day that I never actually shared this properly on here… even though I mentioned ages ago 🙈

My new treatment is called
☁️Head in the Clouds☁️and it’s all about switching off for a while.

It starts with a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by steam and exfoliation to get rid of all that dull winter skin. I then apply Eve Taylor Repair Moisturiser before finishing with a dry head spa and gentle hair brushing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and help you properly drift off.

It’s a lovely one if you feel like your brain has been in overdrive and you just need some quiet time.
