My favourite pose! Always fun if its a little 'windy', we are all human and can wobble in balancing poses. This pose can be modified to be accessible for all, as we always say at Kalma Life, yoga for every body, mind and soul.

Wow! We have so many storms recently, our beach looked completely different today on our visit. 🌬️

In life a storm can always been seen as a positive thing. It can blow some of the bad stuff away, letting the dust settle and allow the sun to rise. ☀️
