Sports Therapy is very similar to musculoskeletal physiotherapy. It's suitable for a whole host of people from office workers, athletes, farmers, busy parents.... all sorts of people! It uses a variety of different techniques to treat musculoskeletal problems. Each treatment is tailored to individual requirements. Treatments can be designed to rehabilitate an injury, manage and treat pain, strengthen and condition the body before competitions, get the body stronger before an operation, or just general maintenance work. It aims to get you back to moving freely and pain free again.

Initial consultation carried out on 1st appointment and follow up checks carried out on further appointments. This is done within the treatment time.
