Unfortunetly we have made the decision to extend the closure for visitors here at Castlebank Residential Home until Saturday 13th September. Rest assured everyone is safe and well ❤️

We apologise to you all, unfortunetly covid hasn't gone as quick as we had hoped for.

As always your loved ones and also all of our visitors remain our priority in keeping safe

Our team are available via telephone for both calls and video calls, please call to make arrangements 📞

We are currently dealing with a current outbreak of Covid-19

Rest assured everyone is safe and well, we have contacted all families of loved ones who have tested positive.

Our main priority is keeping your loved ones safe and we have made the decision to temperly stop visiting, this isn't forever and we hope you all understand our decision.

Please feel free to contact the care home and speak to a senior member of the team to arrange video calls or telephone calls with your loved ones.

We are hoping to open back up to visiting from Wednesday 10th September 2025.
