🧘‍♀️Mat Pilates is back 🧘‍♀️
Starting Wednesday 7th January.
Hitting our mats @ 6pm 💃💃

The course runs in a 4 week block with an option of pay as you go.
This class is suitable for beginners, as all exercises will be broken down,
Equally at times we may progress for those wanting more of a challenging class.

I know & hear many people want to start Pilates, what is stopping you ?
It’s a 4 week commitment, with the added bonus of potentially winning a 1hr private session in my home studio using the Pilates apparatus.
