Innovations enable people with learning disabilities to achieve a more independent worthwhile quality of life,empowering them to develop and progress as individuals.We provide intensive support for people with challenging behaviours, dual diagnosis, autism specific services, services for people with additional physical and sensory needs and community support for people who are more independent.

🌟 Support Worker Vacancy – Lanchester Unit 🌟

Innovations is recruiting Support Workers to join our team, predominantly based at our Lanchester Unit, supporting adults with learning disabilities in a day service and community setting.

At Innovations, experience is not essential – it’s the values you hold that matter most. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The role includes:

Providing person-centred support

Supporting people to access activities and the local community

Promoting dignity, respect and Positive Behaviour Support

Building positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues

Maintaining clear and accurate records

Driving company vehicles

πŸ•’ Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
(We are open to part-time applicants, provided availability is for full days)

πŸ’· Β£12.21 per hour
πŸš— Full UK driving licence required
πŸ“ Predominantly Lanchester (with flexibility across other Innovations services)

Service users from The Junction enjoying their Darts and Domino's Christmas party which was hosted by The Mitre, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoyed their afternoon. Santa even made an appearance with gifts for all.
