🌙✨ Happy World Sleep Day from all of us here!✨🌙
Today our incredible team came to work in style — yes, you read that right... pyjamas and all! 🛌😄 Because nothing says "we care about your wellbeing" quite like showing up to work in your finest nightwear! (Don't worry, the care didn't suffer but the dress code certainly did! 😂)
But in all seriousness, today is World Sleep Day, and it's a cause close to our hearts. 💙
Sleep isn't just about feeling rested it's one of the most powerful tools we have for our physical health, mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life. Good sleep hygiene can:

For the people we support, a good night's sleep can make a world of difference to their day, their mood, and their happiness and that's why we take it seriously.
Our staff might look like they're ready for a midnight snack and a Netflix binge... but trust us, they are absolute sleep hygiene champions underneath those cartoon onesies! 🦄🐼
Why did the tired staff member bring a pillow to the meeting? Because they wanted to drop off a few ideas! 😂
We are SO proud of this team for getting involved, raising awareness, and reminding everyone residents, families, and each other that rest is not a luxury. It's a necessity.
Now if you'll excuse us, we have some very important yawning to attend to. 🥱💤
