Our amazing Kitchen Team curated the perfect spread of sandwiches, pie. and sweet treats.

They were all enjoyed in a garden-themed setting.

It was a delicious afternoon celebrating good food, great company, and our love for all things allotment! 🌻☕

🎭✨ Hamilton Heaven! ✨🎭

Yesterday we had the pleasure of taking one of our residents — a huge Hamilton superfan — to see the show at the Empire Theatre. From start to finish, he was beaming with excitement and soaking up every moment.

Another incredible show ticked off his list and an afternoon full of music, smiles and memories 🎶💫

🩵🎉Laurel Place Grand Opening! 🎉🩵

Yesterday we officially celebrated the opening of our home with a fantastic ribbon-cutting by local MP Sam Rushworth!

We celebrated in style with:
🎤 Heartwarming singing from one of our residents
🍟 A delicious loaded fries van keeping everyone fed
🎂 Beautiful cake and cupcakes to mark the occasion by local business Kelly’s Cakes

🚂 All Aboard for a Brilliant Morning Out! 🚂
We had a fantastic trip to Locomotion Railway Museum – right on our doorstep and packed with incredible steam trains from the past!
From powerful engines to beautifully restored carriages, there was so much to explore and enjoy.

A great way to spend the morning – we’ll definitely be back! 👏🛤️

🍨 Sweet Treats at Kaspa’s! 🍓

We had a great time visiting Kaspa’s Desserts in Bishop Auckland today! 😋 From delicious milkshakes to a menu bursting with sweet choices. It’s lovely to have such great places right on our doorstep — perfect for an afternoon outing! 💜

🌱 Allotment Progress! 🌞

We braved the heat today and got stuck into building our new planters! 💪☀️ Another exciting step in transforming our allotment into a welcoming space for all who stay with us. Whether it’s growing fresh produce or simply enjoying a peaceful moment outside, we’re making this area a little happier and greener, one step at a time 🌿💚

🪏ALLOTMENT UPDATE🪏

The team have started zoning off areas of the allotment to focus on so we can manage this huge project one step at a time ✅

Clearing green waste, keeping on top of the weeds, making sure it’s safe, organising wooden planters and plans to paint our tyres are all in motion! 👨‍🌾
