Through the local NHS Think Pharmacy First scheme, our pharmacists can offer advice, support and treatment for many common conditions, all right here in the pharmacy — without needing to see your GP first.

High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but it’s a major risk factor for heart attacks, strokes and other serious health problems — and many people don’t realise they have it.

We’ll take a simple, quick blood pressure reading in a private consultation space and talk you through your numbers. If your reading is high, we’ll give you advice and help you decide the best next steps.

This service is especially valuable for adults aged 40 and over or anyone who hasn’t had a check in a while — but we’re happy to help anyone who’s worried about their blood pressure.
